Mobis VSLA (Village Savings & Loan Association) is a cloud based microfinance platform designed to help VSLAs and savings groups better manage and track their collections and loans.
This privacy policy describes the information we collect, how we use it, whom we share it with and the choices we give you to control, access, and update your information.
When we say "Mobis VSLA," "our," "we," or "us," we're talking about the Mobis VSLA Team and Ensibuuko Tech Limited as a whole. This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") applies to all of our apps, services, features, software, and website (together, "Services") unless specified otherwise.
Please also read our Terms of Service ("Terms"), which describes the terms under which you use our Services.
- Information you choose to give us
When you interact with our services, we collect information that you choose to share with us. For example, most of our services require you to set up a basic Mobis VSLA account (weather it's managed by a sacco or NGO), so we need to collect a few important details such as: a username and a valid phone number. You may also choose to share additional information such as user and member information including profile pictures and date of birth.
Other services, such as commercial products or mobile money, will then use your telephone number to verify your transactions.
When you contact customer support we may ask for information related to your use of our Services, including copies of your messages, and how to contact you. For example, you may send us an email with information relating to our app performance or other issues.

You can access and update most of your basic account information using the web portal by visiting the Profile page under settings.
If you would like to manage, change, limit, or delete your information, we allow you to do that using either the mobile app or the web portal.
Analytics Services Rendered
We may let other companies use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies on the services. These companies may collect information about how you use the services and other websites and online services over time and across different services. Mobis VSLA does not currently respond to do-not-track signals that may be sent from your device. If we do so in the future, we will provide information about that practice in an updated version of this privacy policy.
